When I started in SEO seven years ago, ranking on Google was the only game in town. Today, customers are also asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini for recommendations. The game changed — and so did I.
I built my SEO career working with healthcare clinics, travel agencies, construction firms and education platforms across multiple markets. Every project taught me something new: that great SEO is never just about rankings. It's about understanding what your customer is actually searching for — and being the answer they find.
Why I went freelance
Agencies move fast. Too fast. After years of watching account managers translate strategy back and forth between clients and specialists, I realised something simple: the best SEO results happen when the specialist talks directly to the business owner.
So I went contract-only. Every project I take, I personally execute. No handoffs. No "the team is working on it." Just direct accountability between me and your rankings.
